Please contact the manufacturer for replacement parts or repairs. We can help make sure your replacement requests or repairs go smoothly.
If your purchase is unopened and unused, it may be possible to exchange for an item in stock or a store credit.
There are no returns or exchanges on electronic products.

Shipping Procedures: We accept Visa and Master Card. We MUST ship to the address where you receive your credit card bill. We charge actual UPS shipping plus $5.00 handling.
